1. INDUSTRIAL LABOUR
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (Gen-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: 10th Standard pass or equivalent and should be proficient in trade.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on last date of application.
Pay Scale: Rs,5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.1800/-
2. FIREMAN
No. of Vacancies: 09 Nos. (Gen-06, OBC-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: 10th Standard pass or equivalent and should be proficient in trade.
Candidates must have served in recognized Civil or Defence fire Brigades as Fireman Grade II for a period of three years.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on last date of application.
Pay Scale: Rs,5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
3. FIRE ENGINE DRIVER (FED)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (Gen-01)
Educational Qualification: 10th Standard pass or equivalent and should be proficient in trade.
Candidates must have served in recognized Civil or Defence fire Brigades as Fireman Grade II for a period of three years.
Experience: Three years experience of driving heavy vehicles and be in possession of valid heavy driving license.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-25 years as on last date of application.
Pay Scale: Rs,5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.2000/-
Physical Standards (For Fireman and Fire Engine Driver (FED) only):
(i) Male Candidates: Height — 165 cm (162.5 cm for ST candidates); Chest (unexpanded) — 81.5 cm; Chest (expanded) — 85 cm
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Physical Endurance Test, Written Test and Practical Test. Test will be held at 236 Pet PI ASC (Near Railways Station, Bari Brahmna).
