Office of the District & Sessions Judge (Headquarters) is inviting online application for 326 posts of “Stenographer Grade-III”. Eligible and interested candidates may apply online from the official website of the court (See below). Only online Application form will be accepted. Qualification norms and eligibility criteria in brief is given below —
STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
Number of Vacancies: 326 Nos. (Gen—136; OBC—63; SC—57; ST—20; Ex-Servicemen—45, PH—5)
Educational Qualification: Graduation or equivalent and knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: between 20yrs to 27yrs as on 01-10-2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200—20200 with Grade Pay: Rs.2400/- plus other allowances as per norms.
Candidates’ Selection:
Selection of the candidates will be through written test, shorthand test, computer skill test and Interview.
Written Test will comprise English Grammer, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and General Knowledge.
Shorthand and Typing test will be of 100 wpm and 40 wpm in English in Shorthand and Typing respectively.
Candidates who qualify the shorthand and typing test will be called for Computer skill test and Interview.
The date and venue of Written Test will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.300/- (Rs.150 in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH and Ex-serviceman) through State Bank of India by means of Fee Challan which will be generated automatically after submission of online Application form. Fee details will be appeared on the challan in printed form.
After final submission of online Application form, print-out the system generated Registration Slip and retain safely for future use. There is no need to send the hard copy to the court.
Last Date of Application: The online Application form can be submitted on or before 22nd October, 2013 (5pm)
