Number of Vacancies: 38 posts. (Gen—18; SC—7; ST—3; OBC—10)
Educational Qualification norms as per discipline wise —
1. Administrative Officer (Agriculture): B.E./B. Tech in Agriculture Engineering OR B. Sc.(Agri)/ M.Sc. (Agri)
2. Administrative Officer (IT): BE/B. Tech (Computer/IT) or MCA (Masters in Computer Applications)/ M. Tech. In IT/MCM (Masters in Computer Management).
3. Administrative Officer (Finance): B.Com. OR ACA OR M.Com/MBA Finance
4. Administrative Officer (Legal): Bachelor’s of Law or LLM
5. Administrative Officer (Statistics): B.Sc. (Hons.) in Statistics OR M.Sc in Statistics
6. Administrative Officer (Generalist): Bachelor’s Degree OR Master’s Degree in any discipline.
Important: Candidates must have working knowledge of computer (Applicable to all posts). Candidates awaiting result are not eligible to apply. Candidates may apply for any one discipline only.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 30yrs as on 01.01.2015. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Domicile of J&K—05yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms. See officially released advertisement for more details.
Pay Scale: Rs.17240—32640/- plus other allowances as per norms.
Selection of the candidates will be through Examination which will be conducted online and Interview. Online Examination will be hold at various centres across the country. For State West Bengal, candidates may choose – Asansol, Berhampore, Kolkata/Greater Kolkata or Siliguri as their Examination Centre.
