1. Deputy Company Secretary: 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

 

2. Deputy General Manager (Commercial): 01 Nos. (Gen)
Educational Qualification: Graduate and full- time regular MBA of two years duration with Marketing specialization.
OR Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Note:
(I) Percentage of marks: – Minimum 60% marks or equivalent for Bachelor’s degree and also for P.G Degree/Diploma includes MBA and minimum pass mark for CA/ICWA/Company Secretary.
(II) Experience: 10 years experience for Deputy General manager/Dy.Company Secretary ; 2 years experience (for Manager and Junior Executive). See officially released advertisement for more details.

CANDIDATES WHO HAD APPLIED EARLIER IN RESPONSE TO ADVERTISEMENT NO.02/2012 (PUBLISHED ON 01.04.2012) NEED NOT APPLY AGAIN.

 

Age Limit (for all posts): Maximum 40 years (for DGM/Dy. Company Secretary); maximum 32 years (for Manager) and maximum 27 years (for Junior Executive).
The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years; OBC is 3 years; PWD is 10 years and others – as per govt. norms.

 

Pay Scale: Rs.36600/- to 62000/- per month (for Deputy Company Secretary/Deputy General Manager); Rs.24900/- to Rs.50500/- per month (for Manager) and Rs.16400/- to Rs.40500/- per month (for Junior Executive) plus other allowances as per govt. norms.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Screening; Written Test (wherever applicable); Physical endurance test (wherever applicable) and Interview.
