1. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 543 (Approx.) Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduation with Diploma or Certificate in Stenography along with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC Society.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.07.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200- Rs.20200 and Grade Pay- Rs.2800/-

 

2. CLERICAL CADRE
No. of Vacancies: 1786 (Approx.) Nos.

i) Junior Assistant
ii) Paid Apprentices

Educational Qualification: Intermediate with CCC Certificate issued by DOEACC society and 25/30 words per minutes for Hindi/English Typewriting on Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.07.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay- Rs.2000/- for Junior Assistant and Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay- Rs.1900/- for Paid Apprentices

 

3. DRIVER GRADE -IV
No. of Vacancies: 37 (Approx.) Nos.
Educational Qualification: High School along with Driving License to drive a four wheeler for a period not less than 3 years.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.07.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200/- Grade Pay- Rs.1900/-

 

4.GROUP- ‘D’ POST
No. of Vacancies: 2020 (Approx.) Nos.

(i) Tube well Operator-cum-Electrician.
(ii) Process Server
(iii) Orderly/ Peon/ Office Peon/ Farrash
(iv) Chowkidar/ Waterman/ Sweeper/ Mali/ Coolie/ Bhisti/ Liftman
(v) Sweeper-cum-Farrash

Educational Qualification:

(i) For Tube well Operator-cum-Electrician: Junior High School with Diploma or certificate course from Industrial Training Institute.
(ii) For Process Server: Process Server must have passed High School.
(iii) For Orderly/ Peon/ Office Peon/ Farrash: Junior High School.
(iv) For Chowkidar/ Waterman/ Sweeper/ Mali/ Coolie/ Bhisti/ Liftman: Junior High School.
(v) For Sweeper-cum-Farrash: Class VI
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01.07.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 Grade Pay- Rs.1800/- and Rs. 6000/- for Sweeper-Cum-Farrash.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination followed by Hindi/English Computer Type Test, Hindi/English Stenography Test and Technical Driving Test wherever applicable.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.750/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST category) for Stenographer & Clerical cadre and Rs.500/- (Rs.300/- for SC/ST category) for Driver and Group ‘D’ as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/ Credit card or Net banking or any other option available.
