Andhra Bank requires 470 Probationary Officer and Specialist Officer. Last Dt. 15/09/2012

Andhra Bank is recruiting 470 Nos. “Probationary Officer” and “Specialist Officer”. Eligible candidates who have qualified Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS for recruitment of PO (on Sept/Nov 2011) and Specialist Officer (on March 2012) and have valid Score card may apply for the posts. The application form is to be made online from the official website of  Andhra Bank. Eligibility norms and brief information is given below—

ANDHRA BANK REQUIRES 470 PROBATIONARY OFFICER AND SPECIALIST OFFICER – 2012-13. APPLY ONLINE WITHIN 15TH SEPTEMBER 2012.

1. Probationary Officers: 400 Nos. (Gen—202, SC—60, ST—30, OBC—108)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Age limits: between 20yrs to 30yrs as on 01/07/2011

2. Specialist Officers: 70 Nos.
Qualification: Degree/ Post Graduate in relevant discipline. Refer the Advt.
Age limits: between 20yrs to 35yrs (40yrs in case of Law Officers) as on 01/12/2011.
Discipline wise vacancies
IT Officers: 40 Nos. (Gen—20; SC—6; ST—3; OBC—11)
Rajbasha Officers: 7 Nos. (Gen—5; SC—1; ST—0; OBC—1)
HR Officers: 8 Nos. (Gen—4; SC—1; ST—1; OBC—2)
Law Officers: 15 Nos. (Gen—8; SC—2; ST—1; OBC—4)

Selection Steps: On basis of performance in Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS, a shortlist will be prepared and then the shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion/ Interview.

Application fee: Rs.100/- (Rs.20 in case of SC/ST/PH and Ex-Serviceman ) is to be deposited by Fee Payment Challan through any branches of Andhra Bank. Fee Payment Challan is available on the website of the bank.

How to Apply: Apply online from the website of Andhra Bank — http://www.andhrabank.in. Visit the site and click the link named “Recruitment”.
Before making online application, candidates should p print-out the fee payment receipt and should deposit the prescribed fee.
After depositing of fee, revisit the site and fill the online form. after final submission of online application form; a system generated Acknowledgement form will appear on the screen. print-out the generated form and retain safely for future use.
Candidates will have to produce the fee receipt, print-out form, Original documents and testimonials if called for Interview.

Last Date of Application: Online application can be made on or within 15th September 2012.
