Assistant Teacher in Madrasah Service Commission of West Bengal- 554 Boys/Girls in Honours/P.G and Pass Graduate categories.

West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission through 5th Level Selection Test is recruiting 554 boys and girls for the post of “Assistant Teacher” for government approved or govt. aided Junior High, Higher Secondary and Senior Madrasah school. Details in brief below—

Post: Assistant Teacher 
Cat-A Honours/Post Graduate AND Cat-B Pass Graduate.

Required qualification: — 
In case of Category-A Assistant Teacher Honours/P.G—Post Graduate or Honours in any one respective subject from UGC recognised University. In case of Biological Science, candidate should have Honours/PG in any one of the subjects—Zoology, Botany and Physiology.
In case of Theology or Advanced Arabic or Arabic Madrasah— Candidates should be Kamil (Honours) from Aliya University or Kamil (General) from Aliya University or West Bengal Madrasah Education board along with MM/MF or Kamil MM/MF.

For Cat-B Assistant Teacher Pass Graduate’s posts— Candidates should have done Graduate on respective subject and have studied for minimum 300 marks from UGC recognised University. If through old methods, then candidates who have studied for 200 marks can apply.
Candidates willing to apply in Pure Science then in such cases candidates should have studied the following subjects in their Graduation— any two from the following subjects – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics AND any two from the followings— Zoology, Botany and Physiology.

For the posts in Arabi (Madrasah) and Theology/Advanced Arabic— Candidates should have done Kamil or Kamil (general) or excluding MM/ MF in Kamil

For the posts in Assistant Teacher in Work Education— Candidates should have done Graduate in discipline of Arts, Commerce or Science from UGC recognised University AND Post Graduate Basic Course or B.Ed in Regular Course of Work Education from NCTI recognised Institutes.

For the posts in Assistant Teacher in Physical Education— Candidates should be Graduate in discipline of Arts, Science or Commerce along with Degree or Diploma in Body Teaching from NCTE recognised Institute.

In case of Cat-C’s Arabic posts— Candidates should have pass Fazil (on 1993 and after) from West Bengal Madrasah Education Board’s examination or MM pass before 1998 examination.

For all the posts candidates should have essential knowledge in Islamic Studies and Culture. Candidates opting for a particular medium should have studied Madhyamik or its above level qualification in that particular language/ medium.

Age Limit: Candidates should be between 20yrs to 40yrs as on 1/1/2012, i.e. date of birth should be between 1/1/1972 to 1/1/1992. Teachers of govt. aided schools and Madrasahs may apply up to 55 years of age.

How to Apply: Application can be made on prescribed application form only. Application form along with prospectus can be collected from any branch of United Bank of India at cash payment of Rs.250. Female and Physically Handicapped candidates may collect the Application form at the cost of Rs.100 only.
