GRADE-IV VACANCIES:-

1. CHIEF MANAGER – BALANCE SHEET
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduation from recognised university with professional qualification of CA from the recognised institute/ board.
Experience: Five Years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Minimum-25 years and maximum-35 years as on 01.09.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.50030 – Rs.60820

 

2. CHIEF MANAGER-TAXATION
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduation from recognised university with professional qualification of CA from the recognised institute/ board.
Experience: Five Years post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Minimum-25 years and maximum-35 years as on 01.09.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.50030 – Rs.60820

 

3. CHIEF MANAGER- CIVIL ENGINEER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Full time 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering approved by AICTE OR equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university/ reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum five years of experience in Scale – III or equivalent next lower grade in any of Nationalized Banks / PSU/Govt. organisation OR
Minimum ten years post qualification experience in a public /private limited organization in Planning, Designing , Construction & maintenance of Large Office Buildings /Multistoried Buildings / Housing Companies /residential campus, knowledge of PERT/ CPM techniques. Preparation of tenders, evaluation and analyzing of tenders.
Working knowledge of Electro-mechanical services and experience in purchase/ renovation/interior works, maintenance of new & existing premises in large organization.
Working knowledge of computers as regards to Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point presentation.
Age Limit: Minimum-30 years and maximum-45 years as on 01.09.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.50030 – Rs.60820

 

GRADE-II VACANCIES:-

4. CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS
No. of Vacancies: 100 Nos. (UR-51, OBC-27, SC-15, ST-07)
Educational Qualification: Graduation from recognised university with professional qualification of CA from the recognised institute/ board.
Experience: One year post qualification experience in Banks/ FIs/ NBFCs in Credit area.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-35 years as on 01.09.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.31705 – Rs.45950

 

5. CIVIL ENGINEER
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-03, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Full time 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering approved by AICTE OR
Equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university/ reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Scale – I or equivalent next lower grade in any of Nationalized Banks / PSU/Govt. organisation.
OR
Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in a public /private limited organization in Planning,Designing , Construction & maintenance of Large Office Buildings /residential buildings, knowledge of PERT/ CPM techniques. 6. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Full time 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering approved by AICTE
OR equivalent qualification with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university/ reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Scale – I or equivalent next lower grade in any of Nationalised Banks / PSU/Govt. organisation OR
At least 05 years’ post qualification experience in a public/private limited organization in planning, designing, execution of internal and external electrical installation work, airconditioning units, lift, pumps, UPS , Gen sets , HT/LT substations/ Panel Boards , supervising / monitoring electrical work and other associated services involved in large, Multi-storey buildings including preparation, scrutiny and evaluation of tenders etc.
Working knowledge of computers as regards to Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point presentation.
Age Limit: Minimum-25 years and maximum-35 years as on 01.09.2017.

7. FIRE ENGINEER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Full time 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Fire Engineering or equivalent from National Fire Service College, Nagpur / any other College or Institution duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university/ reputed institute.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Scale – I or equivalent next lower grade in any of Nationalised Banks / PSU/Govt. organisation
OR
At least 05 years’ post qualification experience & possessing knowledge of mandatory requirements of providing fire protection and prevention in high rise business buildings as per National Building Code and Bureau of Indian Standards . Supervising / monitoring of fire safety in large, multi storey buildings including preparation, scrutiny and evaluation of tenders etc.
Working knowledge of computers as regards to Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point presentation.
Age Limit: Minimum-25 years and maximum-35 years as on 01.09.2017.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Selected candidate will be on probation for a period of two years.
