BARC – Recruitment of 27 Technical Officer/C in disciplines of Electrical, Electronics, Mech., Physics & Chemistry. Last Dt. 30/5/2014

Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) is recruiting for 27 Group-A Gazetted posts, viz. – Technical Officer/C in discipline of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Physics and Chemistry. Advertisement No. 02/2014 (R-IV). Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the official website of BARC (See below). 1. TECHNICAL OFFICER/C (ELECTRICAL)
Number of Vacancies: 3 Nos. (Gen—2; ST—1)
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.

2. TECHNICAL OFFICER/C (ELECTRONICS)
Number of Vacancies: 3 Nos. (Gen—1; OBC—1; ST—1)
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.

3. TECHNICAL OFFICER/C (MECHANICAL)
Number of Vacancies: 2 Nos. (SC)
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.

4. TECHNICAL OFFICER/C (PHYSICS)
Number of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (Gen—6; OBC—3; SC—1)
Qualification: M.Sc in Physics with minimum 60% marks or equivalent.

5. TECHNICAL OFFICER/C (CHEMISTRY)
Number of Vacancies: 09 Nos.
Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks or equivalent

Age Limit (For all posts): Maximum 35 years as on last date of application. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 05yrs and for OBC is 03yrs.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600—39100 and Grade Pay: Rs.5400 per month

Selection of the candidates will be through personal Interview. Candidates based on their academic and professional qualification and experience, if any, will be called for interview.

Application Fee: Candidates willing to apply shall pay Application Fee of Rs.250/- through any branches of State Bank of India by means of fee payment challan which can be downloaded from the official website of BARC (See URL below OR the PDF file given below)
NO APPLICATION FEE OF SC/ST/PH AND ALL WOMEN CANDIDATES.

Online Application form will be opened from 05/05/2014 to 30/05/2014.
Candidates shall follow the instruction on how to apply online through the officially released advt. (See PDF below). 

Upon successful submission of online Application form, the system generated Registration Slip will appear on the computer screen.  Candidates must print-out it on plain paper for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND THE PRINT-OUT TO BARC AT THIS STAGE.
Candidates will require to produce the computer generated print-out, admit card and relevant testimonials in attested copies at the time of Interview.
