1. Senior Manager (Environment):01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering with minimum 55% marks
Experience: 12 years of executive experience.
Age Limit: Maximum-45 years as on 25.07.2016
Pay Scale: Rs.32,900/- Rs.58,000/-

 

2. Senior Manager (Human Resources): 01 Nos. (PWD UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years Master Degree / Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management /Personnel Management &Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks.
Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualification of Bachelor Degree in Law. (Professional).
Experience: 12 years of executive experience.
Age Limit: Maximum-45 years as on 25.07.2016

Educational Qualification: CA/ICWA OR B.Com with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks. OR Graduation (B.A.) with Honours in Economics with minimum 55% marks and two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks. OR Graduation (B.A. / B.Sc.) with Honours in Mathematics with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks. OR Graduation (B.A. / B.Sc.) with Honours in Statistics with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks. OR Graduate in Engineering B.E. / B.Tech. with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA with specialization in Finance with minimum 55% marks.
Candidates possessing CA/ICWA qualification should hold Fellow / Associate membership of ICAI / ICWAI.

6. Manager (Law): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks and Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) (minimum 03 years professional course) with minimum 55% marks. OR 05 years integrated LLB Degree (Professional) with minimum 55% marks.
Preference will be given to candidates having Master Degree in Law (LLM).
Candidate must have enrolled as an Advocate and possess minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience as a Law Executive.

Note:
i) SC, ST and PWD candidates will get 5% marks relaxation in all above mentioned Educational Qualification requirement.
ii) Only full time regular courses will be considered.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Trade Test and Interview.
