Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited, Govt. of Karnataka Undertaking, is recruiting 87 Nos. “Assistant Engineer (Elect/ Civil)”, “Assistant Accounts Officer” and “Junior Engineer (Elecl.)”. BANGALORE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY COMPANY LTD REQUIRES 87 ASSISTANT ENGINEER, ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS OFFICER AND JR. ENGINEER. LAST DATE (EXTENDED) – 06/10/2014

1. Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 70 Nos.
Qualification: Bachelor’s of Engineering in Electrical/ Computer Science/ Information Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics & tele communication or Electronics & Communication Engineering.

2. Assistant Engineer (Civil): 02 Nos.
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent or pass in AMIE section A&B (civil)

3. Assistant Accounts Officer: 10 Nos.
Qualification: M.Com Graduate or pass in ICWA/ MBA (Finance)

4. Junior Engineer (Elec.): 5 Nos.
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Essential (applicable to all posts): Candidates belonging to General category must have acquired 60% marks in the above mentioned qualification. For SC/ST candidates, pass mark is required.
Candidates shall have knowledge of Kannada in reading and writing.

Age Limit: Minimum 18yrs and maximum 35 years as on last date of application. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman and Others – As per norms.

Application Fee: Candidates willing to apply shall pay Application Fee of Rs.4000/- (Four thousand only). Candidates belonging to SC/ST category shall pay Rs.2000/- (Two thousand only) as Application Fee.
Fee is to be paid in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of General Manager (A&HR), BESCOM payable at Bangalore.
