1. Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil): 02 Nos. (SC-01, UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years (maximum-45 years for SC) as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.9000/- Rs.40500/- and Grade Pay Rs.4400/- plus other allowances

 

2 (a). Stenographer (English): 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree and ability to take dictation at speed of at least eighty words per minute and typing speed of at least forty words per minute in English with Knowledge in using personal computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.7100/- Rs.37600/- and Grade Pay Rs.3600/- plus other allowances

 

2 (b). Stenographer (Bengali): 01 Nos. (OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree and ability to take dictation at speed of at least seventy words per minute and typing speed of at least thirty words per minute in Bengali with Knowledge in using personal computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-43 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.7100/- Rs.37600/- and Grade Pay Rs.3600/- plus other allowances

 

3. Computer Assistant: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree with one year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application Course OR Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology OR B.Sc (hons) in Computer Science OR BCA degree.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.7100/- Rs.37600/- and Grade Pay Rs.3600/- plus other allowances

 

4.Assistant Cashier: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik passed or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5400/- Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2600/- plus other allowances

 

5. Lower Division Clerk: 04 Nos. (SC-02, ST-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik passed or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks a
Desirable: Knowledge in using personal computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum- 43 years (maximum-45 for SC, ST)as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5400/- Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2600/- plus other allowances

 

6 (a). Typist (English): 02 Nos. (UR-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik passed or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks and typing speed of 40 words per minute in English.
Candidates must have knowledge of using personal computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years (maximum-45 for ST) as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5400/- Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2600/- plus other allowances

 

6 (b). Typist (Bengali): 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik passed or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks and typing speed of 30 words per minute in Bengali
Candidates must have knowledge of using personal computer.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-45 years as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.5400/- Rs.25200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2600/- plus other allowances

 

7. Group-D: 08 Nos. (OBC-04, ST-02, SC-02)
Educational Qualification: Class VIII examination pass
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-43 years (and maximum- 45 years for ST and 50 years for SC candidates) as on 01/01/2016
Pay Scale: Rs.4900/- Rs.16200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1700/-

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Practical Test, wherever applicable, and Viva-Voce Test.
