Bench wise vacancies:
1. High Court of Judicature at Bombay: 73 posts
2. High Court of Judicature at Nagpur: 29 posts
3. High Court of Judicature at Aurangabad: 33 posts
Educational Qualification:
i) Degree.
ii) Candidates must have Commercial Certificate or have passed examination conducted by Government Board OR I.T.I for speed of 120 wpm or above in English Shorthand and 50wpm in English Typing and Computer certificate about proficiency in Operation of Word Processor in Windows and Linux in addition to MS Office, MS Word, Wordstar-7 and Open Office Org.
Preference will be given to Candidates having Degree in Law OR Ten years experience as Lower Grade Stenographer OR Eight years experience as Higher Grade Stenographer OR Ten years experience as Lower Grade and Higher Grade Stenographer in the High Court or in any other court or Tribunal or in the Office of Advocate General or Govt. Pleader.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-38 years as on advt published date.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Shorthand Dictation Test, Typing Test and Viva-voce. Note: Candidates should apply for one Station.
