HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 38 POSTS OF STENOGRAPHER (LOWER GRADE). LAST DATE — 17/03/2016
1. Stenographer (Lower Grade): 38 Nos.
Educational Qualification:Â University Degree.
Preferences will be given to those having Degree in Law and minimum 03 years experiences.
Candidates must have speed of 80 wpm or above in English Shorthand and 40 wpm in English typing and Computer Certificate about proficiency in operation of word processors in windows and Linux in addition to MS Word, Wordstar-7 and open office
Age Limit:Â Minimum-21 years and maximum-33 years
Pay Scale:Â Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4300/-
Upper Age Relaxation:Â Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection:Â Selection of the candidates will be through Shorthand Dictation Test, Typing Test and Interview. Shorthand Dictation will be conducted first.

Application Fee:Â Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Postal Order drawn in favour of Registrar (Personnel), High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay, payable at Bombay. Candidates must write name and address at the back of the Postal Order.

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip with unique registration number will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it in two copies on plain A4 size paper. One copy of the print-out must be retained by the candidate for future references and other copy, along with attested copies of testimonials (qualification certificate/mark sheet, age proof, caste certificate, experience certificate if applicable and etc), is to be send at the below given address so as to reach on or before 29/03/2016
