1. ASSISTANT MANAGER / ENGINEER

Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in respective Discipline – (i) For Industrial Safety- (Mechanical / Electrical Engg. preferably with Diploma / Experience in Industrial Safety). (ii) For ERP – (IT/ Electronics & TeleComm./ Computer Sc), (iii) For Materials Mgt.- (Mechanical/ Electrical Engg. preferably with Diploma / Experience in Materials Mgt.)
Experience: At least five years in case of Assistant Manager and two years in case of Engineer.
Experience in manufacturing industry in respective discipline in Production/ Maintenance/ERP/ Materials Management/ Industrial Safety
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years for Assistant Manager and 35 years for Engineers as on 01.04.2017.
Pay Scale: For Asst. Manager: Rs.20600- Rs.46500 and For Engineer Rs.12600 – Rs.32500
2. SENIOR MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER / EXECUTIVE — (F&A/ Security/ Legal/ Personnel)
No. of Vacancies: 10 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01, OBC (NCL)-04, UR-04)
Educational Qualification: (i) For Sr.M (F&A) / AM (F&A)/ Executive (F&A):— CA/CMA/MBA (Finance). (ii) For Executive (Security):— Graduate; (iii) For Executive (Legal): — Degree in Law (LL.B) and (iv) For Executive (Personnel):— Two years full time Post graduate Degree / PG Diploma / MBA in Personnel Management / HRM/ HRD /Industrial Relations / MSW / Social Welfare & Labour Welfare (with HRM/Personnel Mgt. as main subject) from a recognized University/Institute of repute.

Pay Scale: For Senior Manager: Rs.32900- Rs.58000, For Assistant Manager: Rs.20600 – Rs.46500 and For Executive: Rs.12600 – Rs.32500
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
