INDUSTRIAL WORKMAN GRADE-I (TRAINEE)
No. of Vacancies: 90 Nos. (SC—13; ST—07; OBC—24 & Gen—46)

 

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Printing/Mechanical Engineering/Tool & Die/Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Chemical Engineering with 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST) and 1 year experience in Production/Manufacturing Unit.
OR
ITI/NTC/NAC in the trades of Letter Press/Offset/Plate-making/Graphic arts/Retoucher/Tool and Die Maker/Mechanic Machine Tool Maintenace/Machinist/Machinist Grinder/Turner/Fitter/Instrument Mechanic/Electrician/Electronic Mechanic/C.O.E. trade of Production & Manufacturing/C.O.E trade of Electronics/C.O.E trade with of Electrical with 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST) and 2 years experience in Production/Manufacturing Unit.
Further, Candidates who have passed NAC should also have 2 years experience in Production/Manufacturing Unit with 1 year Apprentice Training in the same Unit.

Age Limit: Maximum 28 years as on 01.04.2015. The upper age relaxation for SC/ST is 5 years, OBC is 3 years, PWD is 10 years and others as per govt. norms.

 

Pay Scale: During 1 year training, candidates will get stipend of Rs.16000/-. After completion of training, they will be placed in Pay Scale of Rs.7000/- to Rs.24240 and Grade Pay Rs.2280/- plus other allowances as per govt. norms.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Online/Written Test and Interview. The Written examination will be held tentatively on 06.06.2015.

Application Fee: Candidates shall pay Rs.200/- through in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
