1. Asstt Teacher Trained (Hindi): 3 posts. (UR—1; SC—1; OBC—1)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or its equipment and proficiency in teaching in Hindi. Two years Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) in accordance with National Council for teacher education. Working knowledge of computer is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2600/-
2. Stenographer (English): 1 (UR)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or its equivalent and must be able to take notes at a uniform speed of 75 words per minute in English and must be able to type accurately from a manuscript at the rate of 20 words per minute.
Proficiency in computer (word processing/ spreadsheet/ presentation software) is desirable.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100—37600 and Grade Pay: Rs.3600/-
3. Dresser: 1 (UR)
Qualification: Class VIII passed.
Desirable — (i) Higher secondary pass or its equivalent in Science with Biology as one of the subject (ii) First Aid Certificate
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2300/-
4. Plumber: 1 (UR)
Qualification: Madhyamik pass or equivalent with Mathematics and Science and NAC from recognized institution.
Pay Scale: Rs.5400—25200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2100/-
5. Peon: 2 (UR—1; OBC—1)
Qualification: Class VIII passed
Pay Scale: Rs.4900—16200 and Grade Pay: Rs.2100/-
6. Mali: 1 (SC)
Qualification: Class VIII passed and knowledge of gardening.
Desirable – Diploma in Gardening/ Floriculture/ 1 year experience as a gardener in a reputed garden/farm
Pay Scale: Rs.4900—16200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1800/-
7. Chowkidar: 2 (OBC—1; SC—1)
Qualification: Class VIII pass.
Pay Scale: Rs.4900—16200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-
8. Safaiwala: 20 posts (UR—9; SC—5; ST—1; OBC—5)
Qualification: Class VIII passed
Pay Scale: Rs.4900—16200 and Grade Pay: Rs.1700/-
Age Limit (for all above posts): Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 31/07/2015. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer). The upper age limit in case of physically handicapped candidates is 45yrs. Ex-Servicemen and others, if any – as per Govt. norms.
Fee: General and OBC candidates should pay fee of Rs.100/- in form of Bank Draft, SBI Barrackpore drawn in favour of Cantt Board, Barrackpore.
SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of Fee.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application format duly pasted with recent passport size colored photograph enclosing two copies of additional photographs along with attested copies of relevant documents such as Qualification certificate, Age proof, Caste certificate, Bank Draft (Fee), Etc.
Candidates must also enclose one self-addressed envelope affixed with postal stamp of Rs.22/- and one self-addressed postcard.
