Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Physics).
Candidate having experience on high quality surface preparation of semiconductor material will be
preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 31.10.2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.23000/- in first year and Rs.24000/- in second year per month.
