Educational Qualification:
For High Courts (Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal) & National Green Tribunal (Kolkata Bench)
i) Minimum six years practicing experiences exclusively dealing with the cases in High Courts and National Green Tribunal Independently.
ii) Preference will be given to those advocates conducting cases on Environmental laws in the High Courts & National Green Tribunal (Advocate with Science & Central https://www.karmasandhan.com/wp-content/uploads/Madhya-Pradesh-MP-PEB-Group-2-Sub-Group-4-Various-Post-Answer-Key-2021.jpgistration background is preferred)
For Districts Courts and Central Administration Tribunal in Eastern Zone
i) Minimum four years practicing experiences exclusively dealing with the cases in Districts Courts and Central Administration Tribunal Independently.
ii) Preference will be given to those advocates conducting cases on Environmental laws, Criminal and Civil matters in the Districts Courts, Service matters either in Central Administration Tribunal, Principal Bengal or in other Benches of CAT.
