Central University of Kashmir is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 20 posts of Finance Officer, Controller of Examinations, Medical Officer, Private Secretary, Section Officer, Assistant, Personal Assistant, Upper Division Clerk, Lower Division Clerk and MTS/Peon/Office Attendant. CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF KASHMIR IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 20 POSTS OF FINANCE OFFICER, CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS, MEDICAL OFFICER, PRIVATE SECRETARY, SECTION OFFICER, ASSISTANT, PERSONAL ASSISTANT, UPPER DIVISION CLERK, LOWER DIVISION CLERK AND MTS/PEON/OFFICE ATTENDANT. LAST DATE — 18/01/2017

 

1. FINANCE OFFICER

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent (50% marks in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates)

Experience: At least fifteen years of experience (see pdf below for more details).

Age Limit: Maximum-56 years as on 18/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.37400/- Rs.67000/- and Grade Pay Rs.10, 000/-

 

2. CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)

Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent (50% marks in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates)

Experience: At least fifteen years of experience (see pdf below for more details).

Age Limit: Maximum-56 years as on 18/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.37400/- Rs.67000/- and Grade Pay Rs.10, 000/-

 

3. MEDICAL OFFICER (MALE/FEMALE)

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-02)

Educational Qualification: MBBS from a recognised university with three years’ experience in a hospital /health institution OR Medical Officer in State/Central Health services holding analogous post on regular basis or with three years experience.

Desirable: M.D (Medicine).

Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 18/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.15,600/- Rs.39,100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5,400/-

 

4. PRIVATE SECRETARY

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with at least 50 % marks.

Experience: At least five years experience in State/Central Govt. /Universities/PSU.

Candidates must have Knowledge of computers, Good communication skill with Comprehension of drafting and Speed in typing and short hand.

Age Limit: Maximum-32 years as on 18/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.9,300/- Rs.34,800/- and Grade Pay Rs.4,600/-

 

5. SECTION OFFICER

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate with at least 50% marks in any discipline.

Experience: At least 5 years post qualification experience in handling Education Administration/ Purchase/ Accounts & Finance in a University/ Research Institution/ Govt. Deptt. / PSU

Desirable: Good Knowledge of Computer Applications

Age Limit: Maximum-35 years as on 18/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.9,300/- Rs.34,800/- Grade Pay Rs.4,200/-

 

6. ASSISTANT

No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-02)

Educational Qualification: Graduate with at least 50% marks in any discipline.

Experience: At least five years post qualification experience in a central / state Govt. department / University.

Desirable: Good Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Age Limit: Maximum-32 years as on 18/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.9,300/- Rs.34,800/- Grade Pay Rs.4,200/-

 

7. PERSONAL ASSISTANT

No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with at least 50 % marks and typing Speed of 40wpm.

Experience: At least Three years’ experience as stenographer in State/ Central Govt. Dept./ Autonomous organization.

Age Limit: Maximum-32 years as on 18/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.9,300/- Rs.34,800/- Grade Pay Rs.4,200/-

 

8. UPPER DIVISION CLERK

No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (OBC-02, SC-01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with at least 50% marks

Experience: At least five years’ experience in a central / state Govt. department / University.

Desirable: Good knowledge of Computer Applications.

Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 18/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2,400/-

 

9. LOWER DIVISION CLERK

No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (OBC-01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with at least 50 % marks with proficiency in typing /computer application.

Candidates must have typing speed of 35 wpm in English OR 35wpm in Hindi

Age Limit: Maximum-30 years as on 18/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/-Grade Pay Rs.1,900/-

 

10. MTS/OFFICE ATTENDANT/PEON

No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-01, SC-01)

Educational Qualification: 10 + 2 with at least 50% marks.

Age Limit: Maximum-25 years as on 18/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1,800/-

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Screening test and Interview.
