1. General Manager (General): 2 posts.
Qualification: A post graduate degree with Ist Division preferably in Business Administration or Economics or Commerce
Experience — 04 years in senior Managerial position.
Age: Maximum 45yrs.
2. General Manager (F&A): 1 post.
Qualification: A post graduate degree with 1st Division in Business Administration with specialization in Finance or a Member of ICA or ICWA.
Experience — 04 years in senior Managerial position
Age: maximum 45yrs.
3. Dy. General Manager (General): 2 posts.
Qualification: 02nd Class post graduate degree preferably in Economics/Commerce/Business Administration/Industrial Relations.
Experience — 03 years in middle management level
Age: maximum 45yrs.
4. Asst. General Manager (General): 3 posts.
Qualification: A Post graduate Degree in second class preferably in Economics/Commerce/Business Administration /Industrial Relations
Experience — 06 years
Age: maximum 40yrs.
5. Asst. General Manager (Accounts): 3 posts.
Qualification: A Post graduate Degree in the Second Class in Commerce or Business Administration with Specialization in Finance or Accounts OR a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants/ Cost Accountant.
Experience — 06yrs
Age: maximum 40yrs.
6. Asst. General Manager (Technical): 3 posts.
Qualification: A Post graduate degree in second class in Agriculture with Entomology or Micro-biology or Bio-chemistry or a Post graduate degree in second class in Bio-chemistry or Micro-biology or a Post graduate degree in Second Class in Zoology with Entomology
Experience — 06yrs.
Age: maximum 40yrs.
7. Manager (General): 10 posts.
Qualification: A Post graduate degree preferably in Economics/Commerce/Business Administration/Industrial Relations.
Experience—04yrs
Age: maximum 40yrs.
8. Manager (Accounts): 5 posts.
