Bank of Baroda is recruiting 2000 “Clerical Personnel” through Project-2012. Candidates who have appeared Common Written Examination for Clerical Cadre of IBPS in 2011 may apply for the post. Registration can be made online from the official site of Bank of Boroda.  Details below—
Corrigendum: Recently Bank of Baroda have made changes in the advertisement. Bank has relaxed the eligibility criteria in respect of educational qualification against Graduation which was prescribed earlier. Changes made recently were reflected in red text below.

Numbers of vacancies were according to State and Territories wise. Candidates should apply for only that State/Territories from which he/she have sat for IBPS.

Qualification Required: Graduate in any discipline and should have valid IBPS Score card obtained in Common Written Examination for Clerks—2011.
(i) A pass with 60% marks in the aggregate in Matriculation/SSC (old pattern)/SSLC/10th std. Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent. For SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EXSM candidates a pass in aggregate in Matriculation/SSC (old pattern)/SSLC/10th std. Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or equivalent.
OR
A pass with 50% marks in HSC examination of 10+2 (10+2+3 pattern)/11th Std. of (11+1+3) pattern or Intermediate/Pre-University or any equivalent examination/ Diploma in Banking recognized by Central/ State Government of UT https://www.karmasandhan.com/wp-content/uploads/Madhya-Pradesh-MP-PEB-Group-2-Sub-Group-4-Various-Post-Answer-Key-2021.jpgistration. (ii) Must have valid score card issued by IBPS for Common Written Examination for Clerks – 2011.
(iii) Candidates should be able to read, write and speak English and Local Language of the State for which the candidate is applying and should have proper computer knowledge (proficiency in MS Office package)
N.B: Graduate candidates who have already applied in response to the bank’s earlier advertisement (published on 31/3/2012 in Employment News) do not need to apply again.

Pay Scale: Rs.7200—19300

Age limit: between 18yrs to 28yrs as on 01/08/2011. Age relaxation—OBC-3yrs; SC/ST-5yrs; PWD- 10yrs and rest of others—as per govt. norms.
Probation period will be of 6 months.

IBPS Score Cut-Off according to Category wise for the following—Test of Reasoning, Test of English Language, Test of Numerical Ability, Test of General Awareness and Test of Computer Knowledge is 24 & above for General candidates and 21& above for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and Ex-Servieman.

Selection steps: On basis of score/ marks obtained in Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS in 2011, candidates will be called for Personal Interview. The exact date and venue will be informed to the candidates later through official site of the bank.

How to apply: Online registration can be done only from the official site of the Bank of Baroda— http://www.bankofbaroda.com
Application fee of Rs.150 is to be paid through Fee payment challan. SC/ST and PWD candidates should pay Rs.50 only as postage/intimation charges only. Fee Payment Challan can be downloaded from the bank’s website.
Deposit the application fee in any nearest branch of Bank of Baroda in the following A/c No. – Account No. 29040200000257  with Bandra Kurla Complex Branch, Mumbai, in favour of Bank of Baroda ‘RECRUITMENT OF CLERICAL PERSONNEL – PROJECT 2012’.
Candidates may also opt to pay application fee through online mode from the bank’s website.
After successful online registration, make print-out copy of the system generated application form and keep it safely. The Registration numbers and Password generated should be memorised for further reference.

There is no need to send any documents or print-out application to the bank’s address. Original counterfoil of the fee payment challan should need to produce during Interview. Without it candidates will not be allowed to appear for Personal Interview. For convenience, candidates should make print-out copies of it and keep safely.
There will be no Call Letters dispatched by postal system. Call letters to the shortlisted candidates will be sent only through email. The email id, which candidates have used during registration of IBPS CWE Examination, will be used to send the call letters.  More detail on bank’s site.

Last date to Apply: Online Registration and fee payment can be made till 10th April 2012.  11th June 2012.
