Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Cooch Behar is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 05 posts of Blood Bank Counsellor, ICTC Counsellor and ICTC Lab Technician. 1. Blood Bank Counsellor: 01 Nos. (for Coochbehar Dist. Hospital)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Social Work Sociology Psychology/ Anthropology Human Development.
Knowledge of Computer and proficiency in MS Office is desirable.
Experience: minimum 02yrs
Age Limit: Minimum 20 and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000/- per month.

 

2. ICTC Counsellor: 02 Nos. (One for Pundibari BPHC & one for Haldibari Rural Hospital)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Psychology Social Work Sociology/ Anthropology Human Development/ Nursing and one year experience in counselling in Health Sector preferably in HIV/AIDS
OR Graduate in Psychology Social Work Sociology/ Anthropology Human Development/Nursing with minimum 03yrs experience in counselling in Health Sector preferably in HIV/AIDS.
Candidates must have knowledge of Computer.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000/- per month.

 

3. Blood Bank Lab Technician  ICTC Lab Technician: 02 Nos. (One for Mekhliganj SD Hospital Mathabhanga SD Hospital and one for Pundibari BPHC)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 and Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT). The candidates should be registered with the concern paramedical council (if applicable) and must have knowledge of Computer.
Experience: Minimum 02 years if Degree holder and minimum 03 years if Diploma holder.
Desirable – Post Graduate degree and proficiency in MS Office is desirable
Age Limit: Minimum 20 and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13000/- per month.

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation for SC/ST, OBC & other categories will be as per Govt. norms.
