1. Medical Officer: 08 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS with one year compulsory Internship.
Candidates having higher qualification will be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum-63 years as on 01/07/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. Lab Technician: 07 Nos. (UR-04, SC-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Passed (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Candidates must have knowledge in computer, MS Office, Internet is required.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40years as on 01/07/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9,380/- per month.
3. District Consultant (Public Health) (DQAC): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing graduate with degree / diploma in Health Management with 02 years relevant work experience.
Training in Health Quality like NABH / ISO 9001:2000 / Six Sigma / Lean / Kaizen will be preferred
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
4. Facility level (Quality Manager) (DQAC): 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing / Life Science graduate with masters in Hospital Administration / Health Management with one years experience
Candidates with experience in Health care Quality / Formal quality of a quality system would be preferred.
Candidates must have fluency in English, Computer literacy, knowledge of government legislation and policies and good communication skills both written and verbal.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
5. Programme Cum Administration Assistant (DQAC): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree with fluency in MS office package with one year experience of managing office and providing support to Health Programme / NHM.
Candidates having knowledge of accountancy would be an added advantage.
Candidates having drafting skills would be preferred.

6. Data Entry Operator, SNCU: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with one year Diploma / Certificate course in Computer application
Candidates should have working knowledge of computer with operating knowledge of MS word, MS excel, MS Power point, MS Access and Internet and minimum typing speed of 30wpm
Experience: Minimum 03 years experience in Govt. Sector or 05 years experience in Private Sector and preferable having experience in handling of official correspondence.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2016

7. Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): 08 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01, OBC-03, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree OR recognized Sanitary inspector’s Course with 50% marks
Candidates should have certificate course in computer operation minimum 02 months
Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheelers
Preferential Qualification:
i). Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course
ii). Degree / Diploma in Social work or Medical Social work
iii). Successful completion of basic training course (Govt. recognized) For Multi purpose health workers.

8. Medical Officer (MO-DTC): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree with 50% marks
Candidates must have completed compulsory Rotatory internship
Preferential Qualification:
i) Diploma / MD Public Health / Tuberculosis & Chest diseases
ii) One year experience in RNTCP work

9. District PMDT and TB/HIV Coordinator: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Candidates should have certificate course in computer operation minimum 02 months
Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license and should be able to drive two wheelers
Preferential Qualification:
i) At least 02 years of work experience under RNTCP or 05 years experience in any public health programme
ii) Candidates should have good communication skills in local language & willing to travel in the area of work

10. Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV): 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate OR Intermediate with Science and experience of working as MPW / LHV / ANM / Health Worker / Certificate or Higher course in Health Education / Counselling with 50% marks OR Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognised course
Candidates should have certificate course in computer operation minimum 02 months
Preferential Qualification: Training Course of MPW or recognised Sanitary inspector’s course

11. Counsellor: 01 Nos. (UR-01)

Experience in RNTCP or worked as Counsellor
Basic knowledge of Computers.

12. RNTCP Lab Technician / Sputum Smear Microscopist: 02 Nos. (OBC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory or equivalent with 50% marks
Preferential Qualification:
i) One year experience in RNTCP or Sputum Smear microscopy
ii) Candidates having Higher Qualification (like Graduates) shall be preferred

13. Medical Officer (RNTCP), Medical Collage: 01 Nos. (UR-01)

15. Driver (BT Van): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Class VIII Pass

iii) Experience of driving vehicle for 05 years

Consolidated Pay: Rs.255/- per day for 26 days in a month per month.
16. Staff Nurse (FI-ARTC): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: BSC Nursing / GNM or ANM with minimum 03 years of experience

17. GNM Staff Nurse (Thalassamia Control program): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Completed GNM Course
Preferential Qualification — Experience in working with Thalassamia Patients and their families
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/07/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,860/- plus Rs.300/- toward washing allowance per month consolidated per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
