Educational Qualification: i) Holder of Engine Driver of Fishing Vessel Certificate.
ii) 10th class or equivalent pass.
Experience: Five years of sea experience.
Desirable: i) ITI Diesel Mechanic certificate.
ii) Certificate of safety and survival at sea/ first aid/ fire fighting.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200- Rs.20200 and Grade pay Rs.2800/-
- SENIOR DECK HAND
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: 8th standard pass.
Experience: Five years service on sea going vessel with two years experience in Helmsman & Seamanship work.
Desirable: i) Certificate of Fishery Training School.
ii) Matriculation or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years

- SUKHANI

Experience: Seven years service on sea going vessel with two years experience in independent handling of mechanized craft fitted with auxiliary sails.
Desirable:
i) Certificate of competency of inland Master 2nd class or
ii) Certificate of service.
iii) Matriculation or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years

- TRADESMAN

Desirable:

i) Certificate of competency for inland Master 1st Class or

iii) Matriculation or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200- Rs.20200 and Grade pay Rs.2400/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Interview and/or Skill Test and Medical Fitness.
