1. English Stenographer (Grade-III): 03 Nos. (UR-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Madhyamik or equivalent examination with a certificated in computer training and good fingering speed in Computer operation.
Candidates should have certificate in English Stenography with a minimum speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand and a minimum speed of 30 wpm in Typewriting in English
Age Limit:Â Minimum-18 years and maximum- 37 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.7100/- Rs.37, 600/- and Grade Pay Rs.3900/-
2. L. D. Assistant (Group “C”): 06 Nos. (UR-03, OBC-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Madhyamik or equivalent examination with a certificated in computer training and good fingering speed in Computer operation.
Age Limit:Â Minimum-18 years and maximum- 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.5400/- Rs.25, 200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2600/-
3. Copyist / Typist-Copyist (Group “C”): 02 Nos. (UR-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Madhyamik or equivalent examination with a certificated in computer training and good fingering speed in Computer operation.
Candidates should have minimum speed of 30wpm in Type writing in English.
Age Limit:Â Minimum-18 years and maximum- 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.5400/- Rs.25, 200/- and Grade Pay Rs.2600/-
4. Group “D” (Office/Ejlash Peon/Orderly): 10 Nos. (UR-05, SC-02, OBC-02, ST-01)
Educational Qualification:Â Class VIII pass certificate.
Candidates must know reading and writing in Bengal and English.
Age Limit:Â Minimum-18 years and maximum- 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Pay Scale:Â Rs.4, 900/- Rs.16, 200/- and Grade Pay Rs.1700/-
Upper Age Relaxation:Â Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
SC /ST /OBC Candidates of other states, i.e. not resident of West Bengal, will be treated as General Candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Competitive Written Examination, Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Type-writing Test, Personality Test, Computer Operation Test.

Examination Fee:Â Candidates must pay Rs.300/- (Rs.200/- in case of SC, ST candidates of West Bengal) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Bank only by means of Fee Payment Challan.
