CENTRAL RESERVE POLICE FORCE (CRPF) INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR 686 POSTS OF HEAD CONSTABLE (MINISTERIAL). LAST DATE — 05/05/2016

 

1. Head Constable (Ministerial): 686 Nos. (Gen-303, OBC-162, SC-90, ST-131)

Educational Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination passes.

Skill Test: English Typing with minimum speed of 35 words per minute on computer OR Hindi Typing with minimum speed of 30 words per minute on computer.

 

Physical Standards:
Height: (i) Male- 165 cms, (162.5 cms in case of ST) Chest- Unexpanded- 77 cms, (Expanded) – 82 cms and (ii) Female: 155 cms (150 cms in case of ST). Chest – Not appplicable

Height  (in case of Garwalies, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas and candidates belonging to the state of Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Assam, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir) — (i) Male- 162.5cms (ii) Female- 150cms

Weight: Proportionate/Corresponding to height and age as per medical standards (For males and females).

 

Age Limit: Between 18 to 25 years as on 05/05/2016

 

Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/-

 

Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.

 

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Physical Standard Test and Skill Test. There will be Medical Examination at last stage.

Written Examination will be on 26/06/2016

NO EXAMINATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC, ST, EX-SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN CANDIDATES.
