Office of the Project Officer-Cum District Welfare Officer, Backward Class Welfare, Dakshin Dinajpur is inviting application for 06 posts of Principal, Honours Graduate Assistant Teacher in different subjects i.e. English, Bengali, History, Physical Science and Mathematics, on contractual basis. 1. Principal: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree in any discipline. Candidates should have English as one of the major elective subject in graduation. Preference will be given English medium background student and experienced candidates.
Desirable Qualification: Degree in Teaching or Education.
Remuneration: Rs.18000/- per month.

 

2. Honours Graduate Teacher in English: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Honours Degree in English. Candidates should have Bengali as one of the major elective subject in Graduation. Preference will be given English medium background student.
Desirable Qualification: Degree in Teaching or Education.
Remuneration: Rs.16000/- per month.

 

3. Honours Graduate Teacher in Bengali: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Honours Degree in Bengali. Candidates should have Sanskrit as one of the major elective subject in Graduation.
Desirable Qualification: Degree in Teaching or Education.
Remuneration: Rs.16000/- per month.

 

4. Honours Graduate Teacher in History: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Honours Degree in History. Candidates should have Political Science as one of the major elective subject in Graduation. Preference will be given English medium background student.
Desirable Qualification: Degree in Teaching or Education.
Remuneration: Rs.16000/- per month.

 

5. Honours Graduate Teacher in Physical Science: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Honours Degree in Physical Science. Candidates should have Mathematics as one of the major elective subject in Graduation. Preference will be given English medium background student.
Desirable Qualification: Degree in Teaching or Education.
Remuneration: Rs.16000/- per month.

 

6. Honours Graduate Teacher in Mathematics: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Honours Degree in Mathematics. Candidates should have Chemistry as one of the major elective subject in Graduation. Preference will be given English medium background student.
Desirable Qualification: Degree in Teaching or Education.
Remuneration: Rs.16000/- per month.

 

Age Limit (for all posts): Minimum 18 to Maximum 38 years as on 01.01.2015. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST – 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; and Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.

 

Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Interview by the district level selection committee. Exact Date, Time and Venue for examination will be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course.
