Office of the District Magistrate & District Election Officer, Jalpaiguri District Election Department is recruiting Data Entry Operator. Higher Secondary pass candidates who meets the below laid criteria may apply for the post. Interested candidates may apply on prescribed format within 02-11-2012. Qualification requirement and eligibility norms in brief is given below.
1. Data Entry Operator: 3 Nos. (Gen—2; SC—1)
Qualification: 10+2 passed and must posses DOEACC ‘O’ Level passed certificate. Candidates must have knowledge of Bengali (Written & Spoken)
Desirable: Candidates with one year of experience as Data Entry Operator in desirable.
Age Limits: between 18yrs to 43yrs as on 01/01/2012. Upper age relaxation for SC—3yrs.
Pay scale: Rs.5400—25200 with Grade pay: Rs.2600/- per month.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply on prescribed application form. application form can be neatly typed on plain paper as per format.
Application form should be enclosed with Attested copies of testimonials in support of Qualification, Age proof, Caste and Etc.
Candidates should enclosed one Self-addressed envelope with affixed Postal Stamp of Rs.40/-
Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination of 50 Marks, Practical Examination of 30 Marks and Interview of 20 Marks. The Date & Venue of Written Examination and Interview will be intimated in due course through Admit Card as well as details will be available on the official site of Jalpaiguri district — http://www.jalpaiguri.nic.in
