1. Multi Tasking Staff: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in bio-science.
Candidates should process a valid 2 wheeler driving license.
Experience: At least 02 years experience in health related program.
Candidates should be preferably from Jalpaiguri district.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10,500/- per month.
2. Male Counsellor: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development
Desirable: Post Graduate in (MA/M.Sc.) Psychology / Social work / Sociology / Anthropology / Human Development
Candidates must be familiar in MS Office.
Experience: Candidates must have five years experiences in related filed.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,560/- per month.
3. Para Medical Worker: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary pass.
Candidates should be holding a certificate of PMW training OR MSW / B.Sc. with 03 years experience in the field of Health (OR) MSW / B.Sc. with 03 years experience in the field of Health.
Candidates must have good knowledge of Computer with minimum 06 months course.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,000/- per month.
4. Block ASHA Facilitator (Sadar Sub Division): 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Science / Sociology / Social Anthropology / Social Work (MSW) / Business Administration (MBA) / Economics / Rural Development / Mass Communication (OR) Graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 02 years experience in health project.
Candidates must have knowledge in MS Office and Internet, ability to communicate effectively, ability to work hard and willing to travel extensively.
Candidates having experiences in Health related project will be give Weightage.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.7500/- per month.
5. General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO): 04 Nos. (UR-04)
Educational Qualification: MBBS with MCI Registration with one year compulsory internship
Age Limit: Maximum-65 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.42,000/- per month.
6. Medical Officer (Full Time): 02 Nos. (UR-02)
Educational Qualification: MBBS with MCI Registration with one year compulsory internship
Age Limit: Maximum-63 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
7. Medical Officer (Part Time): 02 Nos. (UR-02)
Educational Qualification: MBBS with MCI Registration with one year compulsory internship
Age Limit: Maximum-65 years as on 01/01/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.24,000/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Screening & Scoring on Qualification, Experience, Written Test, Computer Test and Interview wherever applicable.
