1. Data Entry Operator (DEO): 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with at least one year Diploma / Certificate course in computer application with operating knowledge of MS word and Internet and minimum typing speed of 30wpm
Experience: Candidates should have minimum three or five years experience in relevant field and experience in handling of official work.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13, 560/- per month.
2. Immunization Volunteer: 11 Nos. (UR-05, SC-03, ST-01, OBC(A)-01, OBC(B)-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc. / B.A. / B.Com) and Diploma / Certificate with duration of six months or more in Computer application with Operating Knowledge of Windows (Windows XP7) MS words and Internet.
Candidates must have motor cycle with a valid driving license for two wheelers.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 01.07.2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.500/- as per working day (maximum 26 days in a month) per month.
3. GDMO: 12 Nos.
Educational Qualification: MBBS with one year compulsory internship.
Age Limit: Maximum-65 years
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 40, 000/- per month.
4. District Consultant (Quality Assurance): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / nursing Graduate with master in Hospital Administration / Health Management with two years experience in Public Health / Hospital Administration.
Experience and training in such field will be preferred
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 14.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 40, 000/- per month.
5. District Consultant (Public Health): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / nursing Graduate with degree / diploma in Health Management with two years experience. Experience and training in such field will be preferred

6. District Consultant (Quality Monitoring): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Statistics.
Specialization in Biostatistics would be an added advantage. Previous work experience of health / hospital would be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 14.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30, 000/- per month.
7. Quality Manager (Facility Level): 03 Nos. (UR-02, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing / Life Science / Social Science Graduate with Master in Hospital Administration / Health Management with one year experience and Candidates with experience in Health care Quality / Formal quality of a quality system would be preferred. Fluency in English, Computer Literacy, Knowledge of government legislation and policies are essential.
Candidates must have good communication skill both written and verbal.

8. Programme cum Administrative Assistant: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree with Fluency in MS Office with one year experience of managing office and providing support to health Programme / NHM. Knowledge of Accountancy would be an added advantage.

9. Medical Officer – DTC: 01 Nos. (01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS or Equivalent degree and must have competed compulsory roratory internship.
Preferential Qualification: Diploma / MD Public Health / Tuberculosis / Cheast diseases with one years experience in RNTCP and basic knowledge in computer will be preferred.
