DISTRICT HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE SAMITI, UTTAR DINAJPUR, IS INVITING APPLICATION FOR 12 POSTS OF LAB TECHNICIAN, MEDICAL OFFICER, DISTRICT CONSULTANT, PROGRAMME-CUM- ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, GDMO AND MO-SNCU. LAST DATE — 20.08.2016 (4pm)
1. Lab Technician: 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Passed (10+2) with physics, Chemistry & Biology / Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Candidates must have knowledge in computer, MS Office, Internet.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on the date of advertisement
Consolidated Pay: Rs.9,380/- per month.
2. Medical Officer (Full time): 05 Nos. (UR-05)
Educational Qualification: MBBS with one year compulsory Internship
Candidates must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council.
Weightage will be given for higher Qualification.
Age Limit: Minimum-63 years as on the date of advertisement.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
3. District Consultant (Quality Assurance NHM): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing Graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration / Health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent)
Experience: At least 02 years experience in Public Health / Hospital Administration.
Training and experience of implementing a recognized quality system
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on the date of advertisement
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
4. District Consultant (Public Health NHM): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing Graduate with degree diploma in Health Management.
Experience: At least 02 years work experience.
Training in Health quality like Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen by a reputed organization will be preferable.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on the date of advertisement.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
5. Programme-cum- Administrative Assistant: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with fluency in MS Office Package.
Experience: one year experience of managing office and providing support to health programme / NHM.
Candidates having drafting skills would be preferred.
Knowledge of Accountancy would be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on the date of advertisement
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,560/- per month.
6. GDMO: 03 Nos. (UR-03)
Educational Qualification: MBBS and must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council.
Age Limit: Maximum-65 years as on the date of advertisement.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
7. MO: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS Degree
Age Limit: No age limit
Consolidated Pay: Rs.45,000/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Exam/ Computer Skill Test and Interview. For Medical Officer’s post, there will be only Walk-In-Interview on 19.08.2016 at CMOH Office.
