1. GROUP -C POSTS AGAINST CULTURAL QUOTA 2017-18
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos.
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Bharatnattyam (Dance) – 01 Post
ii) Flute Artist (Instrument) – 01 Post
Educational Qualification: High School or its equivalent.
(i) For Bharatnattyam: Candidate should possess diploma/degree from Govt. recognized University/Institute
(ii) For Flute: Candidate should possess diploma/degree from Govt. recognized University/Institute.
Desirable: (i) Experience in the field and performance given on All India Radio/ Doordarshan etc., (ii) Awards/Prizes won at National Level in above fields.
Age Limit: Minimum- 18 years and maximum- 28 years. as on 01.01.2018. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200- Rs.20200 and Rs.1900/-
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Screening test Followed by a written test , Practical demonstration and Testimonial / Prizes etc.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- (Rs.250/-For all candidates belonging to SC/ST/Minorities/Women and Economic Backward Classes) as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Crossed Bank Draft drawn in favour of The Principal Financial Advisor DLW,Varanasi , payable at Varanasi OR Cash receipt paid in Cash Office, DLW.
