Sport Quota vacancies
I. Pay Band: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.2800/-
Total vacancies: 04 posts
i) Aquatic (Male)- 03 posts
ii) Volleyball (Male) (Counter Attacker)- 01 posts
Educational Qualification: A Degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
Age limit: Minimum-18 and maximum- 25 years as on 01.01.2018.
II. Pay Band: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
Total vacancies: 06 posts
i. Athletic (Female)- 01 post
ii. Golf (Male)- 01 post
iii. Football (Male)- 02 posts
iv. Volleyball (Male) (Center Blocker)- 01 posts
v. Wrestling (Male)- 01 post
Educational Qualification: High school passed or its equivalent.
Age limit: Minimum-18 and maximum- 25 years as on 01.01.2018.
MINIMUM SPORTS QUALIFICATION:
(i) For Grade Pay Rs.2800/–
Represented the Country in Olympic Games/Gold Medal in Asian Games (Category-A)
OR At least 3rd Position in any of the Category-B Championships/ Events.
(ii) For Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
Represented the Country in any of the Category-B Championships /events
OR At least 3rd Position in any of the Category-C Championships
OR At least 3rd Position in Senior /Youth/Junior National Championships
OR At least 3rd Position in National Games organized under aegis of Indian Olympic Association
OR At least 3rd Position in All India University Championship organized under the aegis of Association of Indian Universities
OR 1st Position in Federation Cup Championships (Senior Category).
Note: Sports certificate issued for the sports achievements on 01.04.15 or later shall only be accepted. (See official advt. for more details regarding sports qualification and alternative eligibility)
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Trial.
