Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is recruiting 30 persons in Helicopter Division through Special Recruitment Drive for Schedule Tribes (ST) for the post of “Diploma Trainee/ Technician Trainee” in the discipline of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Fitter. Only ST candidates within age of 33 may apply online from the official website of HAL. Details below—
Diploma Trainee/ Technician Trainee: 30 Nos.

1. Diploma Trainee (Electrical): 2 Nos.

Qualification: Candidates should have done Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
2. Diploma Trainee (Mechanical): 8 Nos.

Qualification: Candidates should have done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
3. Diploma Trainee (Civil): 1 Nos.

Qualification: Candidates should have done Diploma in Civil Engineering
4. Technician Trainee (Fitter): 19 Nos.

Qualification: Candidates should have National Apprenticeship Certificate (Fitter)
N.B: Candidates who possesses higher qualification then required qualification mentioned above should not apply. If found, there candidature will be cancelled.
Age limit: Maximum 33yrs as on 7/6/2012. Reservation for ST candidates belonging to Ex-Serviceman and PH categories is as per govt. norms.
Candidates who have post qualification experience in relevant discipline will receive relaxation of 7yrs. Refer the Advt. for details.
Pay scale/ emoluments: Selected candidates will be on training which will be of one year and during the training period emoluments per month will be—
For Diploma Trainee (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil)—Rs.14495 + Accommodation allowances as applicable.
For Technician Trainee (Fitter)—Rs.13711 + Accommodation allowances as applicable.
After successful completion of Training, the trainee will be absorbed in the regular scales at pay scale of—
Diploma Trainee—Rs.9250—Rs.27170
Technician Trainee—Rs.8750—Rs.25670
Physical Standard: Candidates should have sound health and should meet the fitness as per medical standard.
Selection Steps: Shortlist of eligible candidates will be prepared and then will be called for Written Test. Candidates qualified in Written Test will be called for Practical /Trade Test, as applicable, and then for Personal Interview.
Date, time and Venue of Written Examination will be intimated later to the eligible and shortlisted candidates by email as well as will be available on the official website of Hindustan Aeronautic Limited (HAL).
Candidates short listed for written test/Interview are required to bring the certificates/ documents (Original and attested Photocopies) in proof of Age, Qualification, Experience, Training, Tribe, Disability (as applicable), Ex-Servicemen discharge book, Employment Exchange Registration card etc and passport size photographs at the time of written test/interview.

Right after successful submission of Online application form; a system generated acknowledgement form with unique Registration No. will appear on the screen. The candidates is required to take print-out of the Acknowledgement form in two copies. One copy should be kept with themselves for future references and other copy is to be send to the office Address of HAL mentioned below
Candidates should apply for any one of the post. Applying for multiple posts is not allowed.
Last Date: Online Application should be made on and within 17th June 2012. The Print-out Acknowledgement form should reach within 21st June 2012.
