TRAINED GRADUATE TEACHER
No. of Vacancies: 1478 Nos.
Branch/ Subject wise vacancies:
i) Punjabi- 760 posts (Gen- 384, SC-114, ST-57, OBC-205)
ii) Urdu- 718 posts (Gen-365, SC-107, ST-53, OBC-193)
Educational Qualification: BA (Hon) in one of the Modern Languages (MIL) OR BA with MIL Concerned as one of the elective subjects with one additional language at degree level OR equivalent oriental degree in MIL concerned.
Candidates should have Passed Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
For Urdu Teacher candidates who possess qualification equivalent to Secondary (10th) Sr. Secondary (12th) or equivalent Madarsas and for admitting to B.A degree and after those higher courses like B.Ed. can also apply.
Age Limit: Maximum-30 years for Male and Female-40 years as on 11/11/2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.20,000/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Selection of the candidates will be on basis of Merit cum fitness. Tentative Order of Merit list will be displayed on official website on 16.11.2016 (6PM)
