1. STENOGRAPHER GRADE-III
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination.
Candidates should have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application and possess minimum speed of 80 words in Shorthand and 40 words in Typewriting per minute.
Candidates should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-32 years as on 10.08.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Rs.2400/-
2. JUNIOR CLERK-CUM-COPYIST
No. of Vacancies: 17 Nos. (UR-05, SC-03, ST-09, )
Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination.
Candidates should have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application.
Candidates should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-32 years as on 10.08.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Rs.1900/-
3. JUNIOR TYPIST
No. of Vacancies: 04 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01, ST-02)
Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination.
Candidates should have at least passed Diploma in Computer Application and possess minimum speed of 40 words per minute in Typewriting.
Candidates should be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-32 years as on 10.08.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Rs.1900/-
4. DRIVER
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate examination (10+2) or its equivalent and have possessed –
i) a valid driving Licence for Light Motor Vehicle;
ii) knowledge of motor mechanism; and
iii) experience of driving a motor car for at least three years.
Candidates should be able to read, write and speak Odia and have passed Middle School examination OR Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as a language subject OR Odia as language subject in the final examination of Class VII, Test in Odia language in Middle English School Standard.
Age Limit: Minimum-21 years and maximum-32 years as on 10.08.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Rs.1900/-
NOTE: Candidates must be able to speak, read and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test, Practical Test and Viva-Voce. Written Test and Trade Test for Driver Post.
