1. Block Account Manager: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in commerce with basic knowledge of computer especially in MS word, Excel, Power Point, Preferably Accounting package and reasonable typing speed.
Age Limit: Maximum-35 years as on 31.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16860/- per month.
2. GNM: 01 Nos. (SC-01)
Educational Qualification: B. Sc nursing course / GNM training Course.
Candidates should able to read, write and speak in Bengali or Nepali.
Age Limit: Not more than 40 years and less than 21 years as on 31.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17, 220/- per month.
3. Sahayika (Female): 01 Nos. (ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary pass.
Candidates should have good communication and counseling skill in local language.

Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.
Preferential Qualification: Tuberculosis health visitor’s OR Degree / diploma in social work or medical social work. Basis training course for Multi-purpose Health workers.

6. District Programme Coordinator: 01 Nos. (UR-01)

7. RNTCP: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate with one year experience of working in field of communication / ACSM / Public Private Partnership / Health Project / Programmes.
Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.
Preference will be given to those who have worked in RNTCP.
Certificate / Diploma / Degree / Masters holders in Social Science / Mass Media / Communication / Rural Development / Advocacy Partnerships / related field.
Candidates must have basic knowledge of computers.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-62 years as on 31.01.2016

8. District Consultant (Quality Assurance): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / nursing Graduate with master in Hospital Administration / Health Management with two years experience in Public Health / Hospital Administration.
Experience and training in such field will be preferred
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 31.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
9. District Consultant (Public Health): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / nursing Graduate with degree / diploma in Health Management with two years relevant work experience.
Experience and training in such field will be preferred
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 31.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
10. District Consultant (Quality Monitoring): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Statistics.
Specialization in Biostatistics would be an added advantage. Previous work experience of health / hospital would be preferred.

Consolidated Pay: Rs.30, 000/- per month.
11. Quality Manager: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing / Life Science / Social Science Graduate with Master in Hospital Administration / Health Management with one year experience in Healthcare Quality / Formal quality of a quality system would be preferred. Fluency in English, Computer Literacy, Knowledge of government legislation and policies are essential.

13. Lab Technician: 10 Nos. (SC-01, UR(EC)-02, UR-03, ST-01, OBC(A)-01, SC(EC)-01, OBC(B)-01)
Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Pass (10+2) with Physics Chemistry and Biology Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Knowledge in Computer, MS Office, Internet is essential.

14. Computer Assistant in CPMU: 02 Nos. (SC-01, UR-01)
