1. DISTRICT CONSULTANT (PUBLIC HEALTH)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing Graduate with degree/diploma in Health Management.
Experience: Two years relevant work experience training in Health quality like NABH/ISO 9001: 200/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen by a reputed organisation will be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
2. DISTRICT CONSULTANT (QUALITY ASSURANCE)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate with Master in Hospital Administration/Health Management (MHA-Full time or equivalent)
Experience: Two years experience in Public Health / Hospital Administration / Training and experience of implementing a recognized Quality system like NABH/ISO 9001:2008/ Six/ Sigma /Lean/ Kaizen would be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
3. SENIOR TUBERCULOSIS LABORATORY SUPERVISOR (STLS), RNTCP
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree from any discipline and DMLT or equivalent.
Candidates must have permanents two wheeler driving License and Certificate course in Computer Application.
Candidates must have atleast 50% marks in all requisite qualification.
Experience: Minimum one year experience in health service related activities specially RNTCP /Related to Tuberculosis.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum 40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16,860/- per month.
4. PROGRAMME CUM ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (NQAP)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree of any discipline and fluency in MS Office Package with knowledge of Accountancy.
Experience: One year experience of managing support to Health Programme /NHM.
Age Limit: Minimum-20 years and maximum -40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.12,000/- per month.
5. HOSPITAL ATTENDANT
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik Passed or equivalent and must be resident of Purulia District.
Experience: At least two years experience of working in a hospital.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.7500/- per month.
6. SANITARY ATTENDANT
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (UR-01, SC-01)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik Passed or equivalent and must be resident of Purulia District.
Experience: At least two years experience of working in a hospital.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.7500/- per month.
