1. District Consultant: 01 Nos. (GEN-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Public Health or Social Sciences or Management.
Candidates having two years experience OR MBBS / BDS with at least two years experiences are desirable.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 01-01-2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 40, 000/- per month.
2. Psychologist: 01 Nos. (GEN-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Psychology / MSW or Graduate in Psychology / Trained in Counseling with of two years experience in the field of counseling services.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 01-01-2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25, 000/- per month.
3. Social Worker: 01 Nos. (GEN/UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Sociology / Social Work or Graduate in Sociology / Social work with two years of field experience.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 01-01-2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.25, 000/- per month.
4. Programme cum Administrative Assistant: 01 Nos. (GEN-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree with fluency in MS Office package with one year experience of managing office and providing support to health Programme / NHM. knowledge of Accountancy would be an added advantage. Candidates having drafting skill would be preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 01-01-2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 12, 000/- per month.
5. Malaria Technical Supervisor: 02 Nos. (GEN(EC)-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate from Biology Stream. Candidates having science subject in both class XI & XII will be considered.
Candidates should have a valid two wheeler driving license.
Candidates should be preferably from same district for the post applies.
Age Limit: Maximum- 40 years as on 01-01-2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10, 500/- per month.
6. Kala-azar Technical Supervisor: 02 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: Science Graduate with Biology as a paper. Candidates should have a valid two wheeler driving license.
Candidates should be preferably from same district for the post applies
Age Limit: Maximum-50 years as on 01-01-2015
Consolidated Pay: Rs.10, 500/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Candidates willing to apply more than one post separate application should be required for each post.
