Educational Qualification: MBBS / Dental / AYUSH / Nursing graduate with degree / diploma in health management with two years relevant works experiences.
Training and experience in such field will be preferred.
Age Limit: Not exceed 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40, 000/- per month.
3. District Consultant (Quality Monitoring): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Degree in Statistics and Specialization in Biostatistics would be an added advantage.
Candidates having previous work experience would be preferred.
Age Limit: Not exceed 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30, 000/- per month.
4. District Programme Coordinator (RNTCP): 01 Nos. (UR-01)

5. District PPM (Public Private Mix) Coordinator: 02 Nos. (SC-01, UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate with one year experience of working in field of communication / ACSM / Public Private Partnership / Health projects / programme.
Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheelers.
Preferential Qualification: Those who have worked in RNTCP, Certificate / Diploma / Degree / Masters holder in Social Science / Mass Media / Communication / Rural Development Advocacy / Partnership in related field would be preferred.
Candidates should have basic knowledge in computer
Age Limit: Not exceed 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.19, 000/- per month.
6. Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS): 12 Nos. (UR-04, SC-05, ST-01, OBC(A)-01, OBC(B)-01)
Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree and certificate course in computer operation (minimum two months).
Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheelers.
Tuberculosis health visitors recognized course / Degree / Diploma in Social work or Medical Social work. Successful completion of basic training course for Multi-purpose health workers.
Age Limit: Not exceed 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17, 720/- per month.
7. District PMDT & TB-HIV Coordinator: 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate. Certificate course in computer operation (minimum two months).Candidates should have permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheelers.
Preferential Qualification: Two years of work experience under RNTCP of Five years experience in any public health programme in a supervisory capacity.
Candidates should have good communication skill in local languages and welling to travel in the area of work
Age Limit: Not exceed 40 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs. 16, 860/- per month.
8. TB-HV: 02 Nos. (UR-01, OBC(A)-01)
Educational Qualification: Graduate or intermediate (10+2) and experience of work as MPW / LHV / ANM / Health worker / Certificate or higher course in health education / Counseling or Tuberculosis health visitor recognized course.
Candidates should have certificated course in computer operation (minimum two months)
Preferential Qualification: Training course for MPW or recognized sanitary inspector’s course.
Age Limit: Not exceed 62 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13, 560/- per month.
9. Data Entry Operator (RNTCP): 01 Nos. (UR-01)
Educational Qualification: 10+2 with Diploma in computer application or equivalent and typing speed of 40wpm in English and local language.
Candidates should have proficiency with various computer programme like MS Word, Excel and simple statistical packages.
Candidates having one year experiences in relevant field would be preferred
Age Limit: Not exceed 62 years as on 01.01.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13, 560/- per month.
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC category.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test / Computer Skill Test / Interview.
Note: Candidates should have 50% marks in all above requisite qualification.
