1. ENGLISH STENOGRAPHER
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos. (UR-04, OBC-01, SC-02)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent and Certificate in computer training with typing speed of 80wpm in short hand and 30wpm in type writing from a legal manuscript in English.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.7100 – Rs.37600 and Grade Pay Rs.3900/-
2. LOWER DIVISION CLERK
No. of Vacancies: 07 Nos. (UR-03, OBC-01, ST, SC-02)
Educational Qualification: Madhyamik or equivalent examination and Certificate in computer training with typing speed in Computer Operation.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/01/2017.

Pay Scale: Rs.5400 – Rs.25200 and Grade Pay Rs.2300/-
Upper age relaxation for SC/ST candidate is 05 years, OBC – 03 years. Maximum age limit for PWD candidates is 45 years. Age relaxation for Ex-Serviceman is as per Govt. rules. SC, ST and OBC candidates of state other than West Bengal will be treated as General candidates.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Examination, Personality Test and Computer Operation Test.

Application Fee: For English Stenographer and Lower Division Clerk: Rs.350/- (Rs.300/- for SC, ST, OBC candidates) and For Night Guard, Farash and Process Server (Seal Bailiff and Summons Bailiff): Rs.300/- (Rs.250/- for SC, ST, OBC candidates) as Application Fee. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available.
