1. MEDICAL OFFICER (MO-DTC)
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR)
Educational Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical council of India.
Candidates must have completed compulsory Rotatory Insternship.
Preferential Qualification:
i) Diploma / MD Public Health / Tebuerculosis & Chest diseases.
ii) One year experience in RNTCP.
iii) Basic knowledge of Computers.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-62 years as on 01/09/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.40,000/- per month.
2. DISTRICT PPM (PUBLIC PRIVATE MIX) COORDINATOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: i) Post Graduate.
ii) One year Experience of working in field of Communication / ACSM / Public- Private Partnership / Health projects / Programs.
iii) Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be able to drive two wheeler.
Preferential Qualification:
i) Preference to those who have worked in RNTCP.
ii) Certificate / Diploma / Degree / Masters holders in Social Sciences / Mass Media / Communication / Rural Development Advocacy / Partnerships / related field.
iii) Basic knowledge of Computers.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/09/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.19,000/- per month.
3. SENIOR TREATMENT SUPERVISOR (STS)
No. of Vacancies: 02 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Bachelor’s Degree or Recognized Sanitary inspector’s course.
ii) Certificate course in Computer operation (minimum two months).
iii) Permanent two wheeler driving license & should be bale to drive two wheeler.
Preferential Qualification:
i) Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course.
ii) Govt. recognized degree / diploma in social work or Medical Social work.
iii) Successful completion of basic training course (Govt. recognized) for Multi-purpose health workers.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-40 years as on 01/09/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.17,720/- per month.
4. TUBERCULOSIS HEALTH VISITORS (TBHV)
No. of Vacancies: 03 Nos. (SC-01, ST-01, UR-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Graduate.

ii) Intermediate (10+2) and experience of working ads MPW/LHV/ANM/Health worker / Certificate or higher course in health education / counselling OR
iii) Tuberculosis health visitor’s recognized course.
iv) Certificate Course in Computer Operations (minimum two months).
Preferential Qualification:
Training course for MPW or recognized sanitary inspector’s course.
Age Limit: Minimum-22 years and maximum-62 years as on 01/09/2017.
Consolidated Pay: Rs.13,560/- per month.
Note: Candidates must have obtained 50% marks in above mentioned requisite qualification.
