Group “C”: 02 posts (Headquarter Office of E.C.Railway)
Educational Qualification: 12th pass with 50% marks from recognized Board or its equivalent or higher education.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-28 years on 01.01.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
Group ‘D’: 10 posts

Educational Qualification: 10th pass from recognized Board plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT OR 10th pass from recognized Board plus ITI OR 10th Pass from recognized Board.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-31 years ason 01.01.2018.
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 and Grade Pay Rs.1800/-
Eligibility Qualification for Scout and Guide Quota:
(a) A President Scout/Guide/ Rover/Ranger OR Himalayan Wood Badge Holder in any section;
(b) Should have been an active member of a Scouts organization for the last 05 years. The “Certificate of Activeness” should be as per Annexure-“C” and
(c) Should have attended two events at National Level OR All Indian Railways’ level AND Two events at State Level.
Upper age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for Physically Challenged Persons.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test and Scouting Skill Assessment.

Examination Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- SC/ST/Exservicemen/PWD/Women/Minorities and Economics Backward Classes as Examination Fee. Fee can be paid through Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of FA&CAO, East Central Railway, payable at Hajipur.
