GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE (GET)
No. of Vacancies: 66 Nos.
Discipline wise vacancies:
i) Electronics & Communication Engineering: 25 posts (UR-12, OBC-07, SC-04, ST-02)
ii) Electrical & Electronics Engineering: 12 posts (UR-06, OBC-03, SC-02, ST-01)
iii) Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering: 03 posts (UR-02, OBC-01)
iv) Computer Science Engineering: 10 posts (UR-05, OBC-02, SC-02, ST-01)
v) Civil Engineering: 06 posts (UR-03, OBC-02, SC-01)
vi) Mechanical Engineering; 07 posts (UR-03, OBC-02, SC-01, ST-01)
vii) Chemical Engineering: 03 posts (UR-02, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: First Class Engineering Degree with minimum of 65% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/STs) from AICTE approved Colleges / Recognized Indian Universities in the relevant discipline.
Note: Candidates having Post Graduation qualification in Engineering are not eligible to apply.
Age Limit: Maximum-25 years as on 30.11.2017. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Computer Based Test followed by Interview.
Computer Based Test will be held on 07.01.2018 at the following cities Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Trivandrum, Warangal, Karimnagar, Vijayawada, Vizag, Tirupathi, Nagpur, Tiruchy, Cochin, Jabalpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Jammu and Belagavi
Candidates selected for the post will be on training for a period of one year during which stipend of Rs.38,430/- pm will be paid.
