352 Extension Assistant Development Officer in Chhattisgarh Panchayat & Rural Development through CGVYAPAM. Last Dt.25/08/2012

Division of Panchayat and Rural Development of Chhattisgarh State is recruiting 352 persons for the posts of “Extension Assistant Development Officer”. Eligible and interested candidates may apply on the prescribed application form which can be collected from district’s head post office from dated 09/08/2012 to 21/08/2012. Selection process will be carried by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGVYAPM). Qualification criteria and other norms in brief is given below —

352 EXTENSION ASSISTANT DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS IN PANCHAYAT AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHHATTISGARH THROUGH CHHATTISGARH PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATION BOARD (CGVYAPM).

1. Extension Assistant Development Officer: 352 Nos. (Gen—149; SC—42; ST—112; OBC—49). Out of them 22 Nos. PWD candidates, 35 Nos. Ex-serviceman and 107 Nos. Female candidates.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognised university. Candidates must have ability to read, write and speak Hindi language.

Pay scale: Rs.5200—Rs.20200 and Grade pay—Rs.2400 plus other allowances.

Age: between 20yrs to 35yrs as on 01/01/2012. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST/PWD/OBC and others is as per norms.

N.B: Candidates must be resident of Chhattisgarh.

Conditions: Applicants who have more than two child (living) and out of them if one is born on or after 26th January 2001, is not eligible to apply for the post.
Applicants who have married before he/she attains the minimum age fixed by govt. is not eligible to apply for the post.

Selection of Candidates: Selection process will be carried by Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CGVYAPM), Raipur through Written Examination. For syllabus of written examination, visit the below mentioned website.
Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be intimated the date and venue of Examination centre through Admit card which will be dispatch by post right before 10 days from the date of written examination. Candidates may also download their Admit card from the website — http://cgvyapam.choice.gov.in

How to Apply:—
Interested and eligible candidates may collect the Application form from the district’s Head Post-Office. Candidates will be provided the sample filled application form and fee challan along with the Application form.
The duly filled application form is to be submitted in the same post office from where it has been collected. The last date of application submission is given below.
Do not enclose any other documents along with application form. The verification of documents will be made during selection steps.
Candidates should keep spare copies of passport size photographs similar to which they pasted on the application form.

Examination Fee: Rs.700 for General and OBC candidates and Rs.500 for SC/ST candidates.
