SENIOR ENGINEER (CHEMICAL), GRADE—E2
Number of Vacancies: 30 Nos. (Gen—18; SC—3; ST—1; OBC (NCL)—8)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Technology with minimum 65 % marks (60% marks in case of SC/ST/ PWD candidates)
Minimum Experience: 1yr post qualification executive experience inline (including experience as GET/ ET/ MT) in a PSU/ Large Private Sector Organization in Oil/ Gas/ Petrochemical/ Fertilizer/ Chemical/ Steel Industry.
Age Limits: 30yrs as on 30.04.2013. Upper age relaxation for SC/ST- 5yrs; OBC- 3yrs; PWD- 10yrs; Ex-Serviceman & any other Categories – As per Govt. norms
Pay Scale: Rs.24900 – Rs.50500 plus other allowances.
Application fee: Rs.200/- is to be paid by Demand draft/ Pay Order drawn in favour of GAIL (India) Limited payable at New Delhi.
SC/ ST and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
Selection Process will involve Group Discussion and/ or interview before the Selection Committee.

The candidate has to send one print out of the Application Form duly signed and affixing latest passport size colour photograph along with required demand draft (wherever applicable) and attested copies of the following testimonials/ documents — Qualification certificates and Marksheet starting from Matriculation onwards, Age Proof, Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC)/ PH Certificate/ Discharge Certificate, Experience Certificate, NOC in case of employed candidates and any other essential documents.
