Discipline wise vacancies:
1. GET – Chemical: 23 posts (UR-14, SC-01, ST-01, OBC-07)
2. GET- Mechanical: 15 posts (UR-10, ST-02, OBC-03)
3. GET- Electrical: 15 posts (UR-08, SC-02, ST-02, OBC-03)
4. GET- Instrumentation: 10 posts (UR-07, ST-01, SC-02)
5. GET- Civil: 05 posts (UR-03, SC-01, ST-01)
6. GET- Business Information System: 05 posts (UR-03, SC-01, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification:
1. For Executive Trainee Chemical: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical/ Petrochemical/ Chemical Technology/ Petrochemical Technology with minimum 65 % Marks.
2. For Executive Trainee Mechanical: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Production/
Production & Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical & Automobile with minimum 65 % Marks.
3. For Executive Trainee Electrical: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics with minimum 65 % Marks.
4. For Executive Trainee Instrumentation: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics with minimum 65 % Marks.
5. For Executive Trainee Civil: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Civil with minimum 65 % Marks
6. For Executive Trainee – Business Information System: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Information Technology with minimum 65 % Marks OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 60 % marks and 03 years Master Degree in Computer Application (MCA) with minimum 65 % marks.
Note:
(i) Candidates having valid GATE-2017 Registration Number may only apply.
(ii)Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PWD category will get 5% marks relaxation marks in educational qualification.
Age Limit: Maximum-28 years as on 20.01.2017.
Pay Scale: Rs.24, 900/- Rs.50,500/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any — As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through GATE-2017 scores, Group Discussion and Interviews.
