1. Private Secretary Stenographer-I: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate and Diploma Certificate in Stenography / Shorthand in English with minimum speed of 120 wpm in Shorthand & 50 wpm typing speed on a computer.
Weight age will be given to law Graduate.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-38 years
Pay Scale: Rs.15600/- Rs.39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
2. Sr. Personal Assistant Stenographer Grade-II: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate and Diploma Certificate in Stenography / Shorthand in English with minimum speed of 100 wpm in Shorthand & 40 wpm typing speed on a computer.
Weight age will be given to law Graduate.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-38 years
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4400/-
3. Stenographer Grade-III: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate and Diploma Certificate in Stenography / Shorthand in English with minimum speed of 80 wpm in Shorthand & 35 wpm typing speed on a computer.
Weight age will be given to law Graduate.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-38 years
Pay Scale: Rs.9300/- Rs.34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4200/-
4. Judicial Assistant: 05 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-38 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
5. LDC-Cum-Typist: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate.
Candidates should have typing speed of 30wpm and also holding a diploma / certificate in computer application.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-38 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
6. Library Assistant: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Graduate with diploma / degree in library science.
Candidates should have proficiency in use of computer. Preference will be given to a law graduate.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-38 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
7. Barkandaz (Driver) Grade-III: 02 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Class-VIII
Candidates should have driving license.
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-38 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
8. Despatch Rider: 01 Nos.
Educational Qualification: Class-VIII
Candidates should have driving license (two wheeler)
Age Limit: Minimum-18 years and maximum-38 years
Pay Scale: Rs.5200/- Rs.20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
Upper Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD category. Ex-Serviceman & Others, if any – As per Govt. norms.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Written Test / Skill Test / Interview
