Educational Qualification: Degree from a recognized University.
Knowledge of Konkani is essential.
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Age Limit: Maximum-40 years as on 15.12.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.15,600/- Rs.39,100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5,400/-.
DIRECTORATE OF HIGHER EDUCATION
- ASSISTANT PROFESSOR
No. of Vacancies: 01 Nos. (UR-06, OBC-04, ST-01)
Educational Qualification: i) Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% of marks or equivalent grade.
ii) National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SET)
Knowledge of Konkani is essential.
Note: Candidates with Ph.D. degree in compliance of the “University Grants Commission (minimum standards and procedure for award of Ph.D. Degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Colleges.
Desirable: Ph.D. or M.Phil in the relevant subject and Knowledge of Marathi.
Age Limit: Maximum-45 years as on 15.12.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.15,600/- Rs.39,100/- and Grade Pay Rs.6,000/-.
LABOUR DEPARTMENT
- JUNIOR ANAESTHETIST

Educational Qualification: Recognized Medical qualification and Post Graduate Degree in the speciality concerned.
Knowledge of Konkani is essential.
Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.
Age Limit: Maximum-45 years as on 15.12.2016.
Pay Scale: Rs.15,600/- Rs.39,100/- and Grade Pay Rs.5,400/-.
Candidates’ Selection: Selection of the candidates will be through Competitive Written Examination and Oral Interview.
